We are currently undergoing a rebrand (full rebrand, not just a brand refresh) with a new mission and goals. I am leading the project and before the rebrand launch late Q1 22, I want to do a benefits review. The purpose being I want our benefits to align to the new values.
I’d like to incorporate a benefit survey into the process to see what our people actually want. Has anyone done anything like this and what is the best way to approach this? It’s a lot more complex than just rolling out one new benefit.
