Good afternoon Geekers! We are planning to send our 1st survey out very soon and I was wonder what thoughts there were around best sending times: Before or After the Easter break? Will staff be sidetracked before the break? Will sending it after the break provide an opportunity for staff members to provide a more thoughtful response and be refreshed?
Any feedback re this or previous experience advise would be greatly appreciated.
If people can’t complete it over the Easter break, I would leave it until afterwards - otherwise you lose the momentum of the launch.
Typically I run a survey over fourteen calendar days - but start on a Wednesday, so the period covers three separate calendar weeks.
