I was told that it would be possible to perform a cNPS in CultureAmp when I signed on recently. Customer Net Promoter Score. Basically inviting external feedback from some of our clients.
Does any of you guys have experience with this? If so how did you do it technically?
The only way I can figure out how to do this would be to create a user for each customer who would answer the survey. And somehow separate them from our employees using demographics. But that would increase my payment plan significantly. Do you think there is any other way to do this?
Great idea! I don’t know if there is such functionality but definitely worth checking out. Segmentation of the responses would of course be really amazing, having them visualized the same way as the employee responses. But maybe that is a long shot.
