Establishing KPIs for Internal Recruiters

Does anyone have a KPI template for Internal Recruiters that they are able to share? This group of Recruiters only works within the Internal Marketplace at the organization and has no engagement with external candidates seeking to join the organization. We have a culture of “Talent Sharing”, but we do not promote poaching candidates from other departments. The goal is to have KPIs that reflect Internal Recruiters’ role as Brand Ambassadors, Talent Scouts, and Retention Strategists. Thanks in advance for the resources and suggestions.
