Hi all, looking for some great D&I / I&D questions for engagement surveys. In addition to this, also looking for the same, but with a Risk Culture bent. Thanks!


Looks like no one has jumped in here with suggestions. Did you come across this blog written by one of my colleagues, Steven? I think it goes some way to answering your first question about D&I survey questions.

Can you share a bit more about what you mean by ‘Risk Culture’. Happy to have a dig around here to see if there are any specific questions I have seen companies ask but would help to know a bit more about what you are trying to measure.

In terms of risk bent, we’ve been looking at the specific issue between ‘Comfort’ and ‘Challenge’ - so taking a lead from the concept of psychological safety where you feel safe because you are valued, recognised but also challenged and able to challenge. From a risk perspective, some of the areas to investigate would be:
Do you feel that different people’s opinions valued?

Do people challenge how things are done?

Do different people do things differently?

Do you feel it is OK to make mistakes?

Do you feel safe to be different?
