How to administer a mental health stipend?

Hi y’all - has anyone in here administered a mental health stipend for their team (or well-being stipend of any kind)? If so, any tips for doing it without prohibitive administrative overhead?

We know of services like Compt and Hoppier, but curious to see if anyone has creative ways of processing, especially in conjunction with Justworks. Thanks!

I’d recommend looking into Benepass! I have not had the pleasure of using the product yet but I am very interested (previously worked with the Co-founder/CTO). It could be a great option from an employee experience perspective as well as from the admin/payroll side of things!
