Our company is using the OKR system. Our tool is currently Trello. I’m wondering if there are better (preferably, no to low-cost) solutions.
Perdoo is my recommendation. From graphics, training, training staff how to write OKR’a and staff of ex-Google folks with deep expertise they added value to organizational accountability. Their system and trainers ensured no one wrote goals that could sandbag the tool or be too lofty. Raul Gonzales Osuna is wonderful to work with.
There are several good options out there: Lattice, Reflektive, BetterWorks, etc. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen a free tool yet. You can check the pricing on all of these, and Perdoo, to see if they match your low-cost need. Trello might remain your bet option until you have more budget to use a dedicated OKR tool. This is a tough one, but important!
