I am doing a presentation on creating an employee experience that attracts and retains millenials - would appreciate your thoughts and any resources you find helpful on the topic. Gen Z related content is also helpful.
thanks in advance,
My colleague @KenM wrote a great blog on this topic that you might find useful.
I wrote a blog series on Millenial Employee Experience a while back, these might be useful:
The truth about millennials: it’s not all bean bags and free lunches
The truth about millennials: shared values
The truth about millennials: global connectivity creates EX equality

As a millennial myself I don’t necessarily agree with everything, but it is still a good perspective.
I’m almost too old to be considered a millennial myself but I coach them on career transitions and salary negotiation often.
Two things they mention all the time are transparency and flexibility - specifically in their search for remote options. I wrote on that subject here:
Hope it’s helpful!
