Hi All,
I am doing a presentation on creating an employee experience that attracts and retains millenials - would appreciate your thoughts and any resources you find helpful on the topic. Gen Z related content is also helpful.
thanks in advance,
Natassa

Hi Natassa
It’s been around for a while now but this one from Simon Sinek is always interesting: Simon Sinek on Millennials in the Workplace - YouTube
As a millennial myself I don’t necessarily agree with everything, but it is still a good perspective.

Hi Natassa,
I’m almost too old to be considered a millennial myself but I coach them on career transitions and salary negotiation often.
Two things they mention all the time are transparency and flexibility - specifically in their search for remote options. I wrote on that subject here:

Hope it’s helpful!
