At Motivational Landscape we go with 5 if you want anonymity.
You need at least 3 respondents within a demographic but 5 is recommended if possible
We have 6 as our minimum reportable group size.
We use 5 to ensure anonymity. Yes, you could go as low as 3, but we stick to 5 as a rule.
