Nudging toward more continuous feedback

After a successful pilot of the continuous feedback function, we’d like to keep up the momentum.

Hi Kristie, it involved rolling out the continuous feedback and one type of feedback cycle (upward feedback). The full rollout will then see project feedback (i.e. managers’ review) and self-reflections
