People Experience (User Centred) Probationary Reviews

Hi everyone,

We have had a number of new starters over the past few months and attention is turning now to their 6 month Probationary Review. We are still operating quite traditionally so we don’t yet have the tools in place for instant feedback mechanisms. Our first starting point right now, is to create a Probationary Review Form.

I would like it to be user centred and to explore the People Experience the employee has had over their time with us to date, and to capture any opportunities from their perspective for improvement, along with any feedback we would like to provide them also. Very much two way but driven from the customer perspective.

Does anyone have something they are willing to share or some ideas on the questions you think we should be asking?
