Does anyone have a list of questions that they use to measure the engagement of their office community?
There is a lot of research (academic and by practitioners) into the engagement measure. At this point you will find that most organizations measure employee engagement by looking at three key elements:
- Commitment (how long I plan to stick around),
- Motivation (how much effort I am willing to put in) and,
- Connection (how proud I am and how willing I am to recommend to others).
