I’m in the process of updating our recognition program. Can anyone who works in larger companies (10,000+ employeess) share the $ or cash value amounts for different levels of awards given out to employees? I know starbucks has theirs published external and I’m hoping to add a few more data points to my proposal.

I don’t have an exact answer as we’re working on thinking this through as well and it’s been inconsistent in my previous companies, but in case it’s helpful I just attended the Workhuman Conference and they advised to budget 0.5-1.0% of your payroll budget to allocate to recognition programs each year.
