I am interested to hear how start-up companies approach remuneration ie. salary reviews, ensuring we are paying competitively and fairly etc.
Our team is fairly newly put together in the past 6 months, however, we have had some requests from our teams regarding their pay and pay reviews. Currently I do not have a framework in place, as did not see this as priority area given the immaturity of the team, however, open to hear options or suggestions.
