Interesting question, Josh! I would be in support of a program like this, but adapted in a way. This type of program would be sending an interesting message to the rest of our organization - “Our leaders are important, so we are especially interested in their health.”
Why not roll out a similar program for the entire organization as a part of a health and wellness initiative?! This would be a great way to ensure your employees have access to the things they need, while also fulfilling the desire to have leadership go through annual health checks.
