I am wondering if any other companies have tried having Survey Champions for engagement surveys? I would love to hear about any experiences and/or best practices. Thanks!
I can certainly attest to having a couple people who are designated as go-to helps with saturation. I am not the point person who administrates our surveys, but I could see classifying my role as more of a Survey Champion. I am constantly referring to the results in communication both written and verbally. I encourage leaders in our org to use the data to have their own conversations or use it to inform business strategy. I also use the data to challenge pre-conceived notions, such as “all employees feel X,” my response would be “So far our data shows that its specifically these departments or these level employees that feel X,”
