To (psychometric) test or not to test?

We’ve been using SHL psychometric testing (OPQ and Abilities) for several years now. I’m keen to know what other organisations are doing in this area i.e. if testing what tools you use, or whether you have decided not to use tests… Also, keen to hear your views on using case studies or potential new recruits.
