It seems that people are constantly adjusting the thermostat in the office. Half the office is either freezing or too hot. Has anyone ever come up with some strategies to resolve this? Generally we default to the setting that conserves energy, but that hasn’t really worked out.
In my experience, this is less of a problem in less formal office environments – if people are able to wear clothes they’re generally comfortable in, somewhat related to the current season, and if the climate control aims for a little warmer in summer and a little cooler in winter, there are fewer complaints or concerns.
