I am curious to effective strategies out there related to survey feedback meetings/sessions in a 24/7, 3 Shift, hospital setting. Anyone out there doing some creative, innovate survey feedback techniques that don’t compromise the importance of creating space for openness and trust and dialogue yet recognize the fast paced, “productivity” sensitive environment of healthcare? Time away from patients for health care front line staff is always a challenge, especially anything past “15 min huddle” times.
