We have done a reorg on a team and would like to run a survey just for them to see how they are feeling after this. What ways can we approach this so it’s not too intrusive but we get insights from it to report back to management?

New teams are still “storming/forming”. In order to get to “norming” questions could be more about the teams needs than the individual performance right now. Make sure to have a few where we stand as a team & team-skill questions in there.
