We have just closed our baseline employee engagement survey and have begun to share the general results with all staff. All leaders, (Level 1 Supervisor through Executive Leadership), will receive segmented comparative results to begin their analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and subsequent action planning in response to the feedback.
I’ve suggested leadership conduct a virtual “Town Hall” meeting with staff and our Director loved the idea but wanted a more creative name. The goal was to discuss the results of the survey by sharing what we understood and how we plan to act on the feedback. Looking for suggestions.
