What ways does your team think outside the box to improve company culture within a remote environment?

Hi guys! My name is Putra, I am one of the cofounders of the company Yuzu. We’re developing an audio and video communication platform that is focused on improving company culture specifically for remote companies. We’re trying to brainstorm to see what features we could potentially add to our product.

I would appreciate if you guys gave us some cool ideas of activities that you guys do with your team remotely.

Here’s an example!
A manager doing a verbal quiz about their selves (hobbies, favorite movie, favorite food, how many Countries he/she travelled to), and whichever teammate has the highest score means he/she knows the manager the most. Then the Manager gets uber-eats for that winner!
