Who is currently using 180 Manager Effectiveness surveys?

Hi there! Looking to see who out there is currently using this type of survey, more specifically, what questions you ask, what types of communications you use, how you action plan etc.

What about asking - in a survey - what your people find important in leadership and what should be measured in a 180.
Involve them in creating the questions. This way they will also more honestly and engaged answer the questionnaire.
