Your change management experience: From de-identifiable to identifiable data

What did you do to manage the change from confidential to identifiable survey responses with your team members - and what are your lessons learned? What types of of FAQs and barriers did you come up against? Tips from your communication, coaching and sponsorship change plans would be greatly appreciated!

@Michelle.Clayton - Great question! I think the biggest thing to focus on here is communication, communication, communication. Taking the time to explain to employees the why behind the change can go a long way. In addition, ensure you’re being explicit about who will be able to identify survey responses and how the organization is going to ensure that employees aren’t going to be reprimanded for unfavorable responses.
