@Michelle.Clayton - Great question! I think the biggest thing to focus on here is communication, communication, communication. Taking the time to explain to employees the why behind the change can go a long way. In addition, ensure you’re being explicit about who will be able to identify survey responses and how the organization is going to ensure that employees aren’t going to be reprimanded for unfavorable responses.
